  • We started our nocturnal visit to the "zoo" in the main building playing with the boa constrictor.

  • After a lengthy drive we arrived at the beginning of the trek to the ATM (Actun Tunichil Muknal) cave. We divided into to groups of 6. We were taken in by certified cave guides Oscar (pictured on left) and Manuel (hidden behind JR).
  • A rather motley crew prepares for the 45 minute hike to the cave opening.
