Dominica 2009

My friends Kathleen Antona and Tracey Griffin put together a dive trip in October 2009 to Dominica. This was a Caribbean island that I had not previously enjoyed as a dive destination. The island is rustic and unspoiled. Flying in is a bit difficult since the runway doesn't have lights and there is no instrument landing. However once there the island is a tropical paradise. We had arranged our stay at Dive Dominica. The dive operation was first class and the diving was spectacular. We were not disappointed.

  • We were there for a week and every day was just another day in Paradise.
  • We were diving on the West and South aspects of the island. From the water every village along the way had it's church.
